Roger Evans is Managing Director of CLC and is the author of  'The Creative Manager' and 5DL - Five Dimensions of Leadership'. 

After qualifying with a first degree from the University of London and an MBA from York University Toronto, Roger spent 10 years in various leadership roles in the Pharma industry. He then established CLC to work with Senior Leadership Teams and Boards of global companies supporting strategic change through the alignment of leadership in the organisation.

Roger has led assignments that include supporting CEO’s during integration of business following high profile market acquisitions; trusted adviser to the Chairmen and CEO’s of global businesses inculcating a new culture; guiding UK Public Sector organisations with Board reorganisation and governance.

Close working with senior leaders across different national cultures and sectors has enabled Roger to observe what enables successful leaders to drive and secure change which he focuses on in his first book 'The Creative Manager'. Further research with consulting partners has uncovered the core characteristics and the development of  ‘outstanding leaders’which he covers in his latest book ‘5DL –Five Dimensions of Leadership’.

Roger has an MA in Psychotherapy, is a certified psychotherapist and co-founder of the Institute of Psychosynthesis where he teaches MA students in Coaching, Counselling and Psychotherapy.  He has served as a Board Member at The  Technology Management School at Chalmers School of Technology and Management in Gothenberg, Sweden, and as a Non-Executive Director of the NHS Personnel Group.

Roger lives in North London, loves to sail his boat, is a Member of Surrey Cricket Club, passionate Welsh Rugby supporter and a regular at the 'Emirates Stadium' following Arsenal.
