Aubyn Howard has been working with CLC as a Senior Consultant since 2003, supporting large scale change projects as well as guiding CEOs and their teams combining his skills as consultant, coach and facilitator.

Aubyns first degree was Economics at Bristol University, followed by a PGCE teaching qualification.  In his early 20s he joined a ground breaking marketing organisation that has led to a client-focused career, working on strategic and organisational assignments across a wide variety of sectors in the UK and internationally.

He worked in the Merchants Group for 17 years, becoming Strategy Director and eventually heading up customer management and change management consulting services before going independent in 1999.  He gained as MSc in organisational change with The Human Potential Research Group at Surrey University in 1999 and trained with the Institute of Psychosynthesis between 2000-2004.  He is a certified Spiral Dynamics and NLP practitioner.

Aubyns focus is to facilitate development within individuals, teams and organisations, bringing together behavioural, psychological, cultural and systemic perspectives.  He draws upon his experience of working across different sectors and cultures to catalyse creative leadership, business innovation, collaborative working and performance improvement within his clients.

His other interests are running a chambres d'hotes in the Ardeche France, walking, wine, photography, Chelsea FC and England rugby.
