We are experts in leadership and organisational transformation. We secure the delivery of complex change. We support and help grow leaders and we build empowered leadership cultures that deliver results.

Since 1978 we’ve partnered with senior leaders to make change happen. Our focus is the ‘human side’ of change.

CLC works in both large global corporations and medium-sized organisations in private, public and voluntary sectors as their leaders seek to manage the difficult issues of aligning their people behind the delivery of new business strategies, M&A’s and sometimes-radical downsizing within tight timeframes.

Our clients are people who understand that a new type of leadership is needed to deliver through these challenges in today’s world.

The CLC methodology was developed over 25 years ago. It is based upon a set of core principles – the Five Dimensions of Leadership (5DL). Our approach is unique as an implementation methodology in that it is designed to support and align individual leaders, teams and the whole system.

We partner individual leaders as their Trusted Advisor, helping them reflect, grow and deliver. And we transform leadership mindsets and cultures through innovative, future-focused development that goes beyond ‘more of the same’.
